We offer affordable leases for 6 ,9 & 12 month periods.

Rent on our One Bedroom apartments range from $490 to $520 per month; Our Two Bedroom apartments range from $580 to $620 per month.  We offer pleasant Garden Level and Balcony apartments; some with walk-in-closets and some with pantries.

Our required Security Deposit is based upon the individual application.  We look at your credit history, landlord history, and income.  Students are required to show copies of financial aid or grants.

Pet Policy

Old Orchard welcomes your cat. $150 non-refundable pet deposit.  $15 per month pet rent per cat.

Monday - Friday; 10am - 6pm

Saturday 10am - 4pm
